Dr. Nisha Yadav
Co-Founder
Dr. Nisha Yadav, a PhD from the Institute of Chemical Technology, Mumbai, is a University Gold Medallist and DST-INSPIRE Fellow. She has received the Barbara Williams Commemorative Fellowship, Australia. With over 10 years of experience, she specializes in pharmaceutical formulation development, personal care formulations, quality assurance, analytical technique development, regulatory compliance, and intellectual property rights. She has worked at Rubicon Research Private Limited.
Dr. Saugandha Das
Co-Founder
Dr. Saugandha Das, a PhD from the Institute of Chemical Technology, Mumbai, is a University Gold Medallist and DST-INSPIRE Fellow. She has received the Gandhian Young Technological Innovation award (2017) and was named a young innovator by the National Innovation Foundation (2018). With over 10 years of experience, she specializes in pharmaceutical nanotechnology, point-of-care diagnostics, sterilization technology, and pre-clinical and clinical development. She has worked at organizations like Lupin and Eurofins Advinus.

Mr. Anand KV
Business Mentor
Mr. Anand KV is a Lean Start-up, Strategy Consultant, CX Architect, and Coach. He has more than 27 years of experience in the corporate sector and has previously held senior management roles as Senior VP Flipkart, Tata Sky, and Hathway. Currently, he is serving as the Chief Learning Officer @GDC, IIT, Madras and is Founder and Partner at Trimtab Consulting. He is actively involved in coaching various medical device and social enterprise start-ups.
Dr. Anup Kharde
Clinical Investigation Lead
Dr. Anup Kharde is an MBBS and Doctor of Medicine (MD) specializing in Preventive and Social Medicine (Community Medicine) from Pravara Institute of Medical Science (DU) Loni, Maharashtra. He is skilled in the field of Clinical Research, Medical Education, Healthcare, Healthcare Management Public Health and is currently serving as Assistant Professor at Rural Medical College, Pravara Medical Trust, Loni, Maharashtra. He is also an experienced Epidemiologist and Bio-Statistician and has been In-charge of Urban Health Training Centers.
Dr. Subhadeep Datta
Mentor, Collaborator
Dr. Subhadeep Datta is an experimental Physicist, with 10-15 years of research experience internationally. He has a PhD from CNRS, Grenoble, France and Post doctorate from ENS, Paris and NUS, Singapore and is currently serving as Assistant Professor at IACS, Kolkata, He specializes in fabrication of micro/nano-electronic devices via optical or e-beam lithography and is exploring novel properties of quantum materials via transport measurement and Raman scattering. He also has numerous high-impact publications and early-career research grants to his credit.
Dr. Rahul Nirgude

Dr. Rahul Nirgude is an experienced Radiologist with an MBBS, DMRE, Grant Medical College, Sir J.J. Group of Hospitals. He is an expert in Fetal Medicine and Obstetric Ultrasound and is currently practicing as Consultant Radiologist at Sahyadri Diagnostic Centre and Civil Hospital, GoM, Nashik, Maharashtra.
Dr. Tamal Kanti Das
Technical Advisor
Dr. Tamal Kanti Das is a reputed chemical engineer, with a B. Tech from IIT, BHU and a Ph.D. from IIT, Kharagpur. He has over 36 years of experience in the industry and has previously served as General Manager (Quality) at Steel Authority of India Limited (A Fortune India 500 company). He is an expert in managing centralized R&D Laboratories for R&D projects and Lab services in material evaluation, selection, technology development.
